Reston, VA - 8/11/2026 - Cardiac Care Associates is proud to welcome Ju Young Sally Bae, MD, FACC, to its growing team of cardiovascular specialists. Dr. Bae is a board-certified cardiologist with advanced training in cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology. Her expertise in complex coronary interventions, coronary physiology, and mechanical circulatory support expands the practice's ability to provide comprehensive, high-acuity cardiovascular care for patients across Northern Virginia.

Dr. Bae approaches care with a strong commitment to evidence-based medicine, patient education, and shared decision-making. She partners with patients to understand their cardiovascular condition, clarify their options, and create individualized plans that support both immediate needs and long-term heart health.

Dr. Bae completed an accelerated combined undergraduate and medical program at University College Dublin, National University of Ireland, where she earned her Doctor of Medicine. She went on to complete her Internal Medicine residency at Yale New Haven Health, followed by a Cardiovascular Disease fellowship at Yale New Haven Health. During her fellowship, she was selected to serve as Chief Cardiology Fellow. She then completed subspecialty fellowship training in Interventional Cardiology at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York City.

Board-certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Medicine, Adult Echocardiography, and Nuclear Cardiology, Dr. Bae offers a broad range of diagnostic and therapeutic expertise. Her clinical interests include:
